Raglan’s brand new development, North Point Residences, is a contemporary townhouse development located in the heart of the Rangitahi Peninsula subdivision. The 6 architecturally designed townhouses feature 85 square meters two bedroom layouts, each with a double carport and private courtyard. The simple hard-wearing material combinations offer a unique west coast aesthetic durable enough to withstand the exposed coastal location.
The design is sympathetic to the surrounding environment and neighbouring homes with breathing space between each building, and thoughtful landscaping to create useful and enjoyable outdoor spaces. It is certainly a new way of living for Raglan, but something we will see more of across the Rangitahi Project with Raglan continuing to grow and expand.
