Hayden Vink & Hayley Vink
Wainui Construction was founded in 2017 with a vision of creating a team to roll out architectural builds in Raglan. Rebranded in 2023 as Hay Property and Hay Construction to encapsulate the two separate but complementary arms of the business . Hayden and Hayley have over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Haydens background is Civil Engineering and Hayley with Structural Engineering.

Mike McGowan
With 25 years of on the tools experience and the background knowledge of running his own building company, Mike certainly knows how to pull a project together. He has great communication skills within the team and across the various sub-contractors we engage.

Sasha Kroon
Sasha has come to us with a background of Youth work and event management. We value her skills of tying all the aspects of a job together to deliver a great product. Her eye for detail and client focused attitude ensures that our Hay Property customers are well looked after.
